Professor Alexander Zhembrovskyy

Professor Alexander Zhembrovskyy – Zhembrovskyy teaches Ballet 7, Ballet 7+, Ballet Fit and personalized private courses for the International Academy of Arts’ branch in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He has been with the Dutch National Ballet as a soloist since 2005. Before joining the company, he danced with the National Theatre for Opera and Ballet in Ukraine, the Classical Ballet Theatre in St. Petersburg, the Bayerisches Staatsballett in Munich, Germany and the National Theatre for Opera and Ballet in Slovenia. The magazine Dance Europe nominated him as ‘outstanding dancer of the year 2010’ for his performance in Hans van Manen’s Sarcasmen. Since 2012, Alexander has combined his work with the Dutch National Ballet with running his own ballet and dance school in Amsterdam a branch of the International Academy of Arts’ Dance & Choreography program.

Professor Natasja Lucassen

Professor Natasja Lucassen – Lucassen teaches Ballet 1 & 2 for the International Academy of Arts’ branch in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Originally from Haarlem, Netherlands in Koninklijk Conservatory, Den Haag in dance & choreography. She was one of the lead dancers in the Bayerisches Staatsballett 2000-2001, and in Leiptziger Ballet 2001-2003. Since 2003 and until 2013 she worked with the Dutch National Ballet. Now she teaches ballet courses for the Amsterdam branch of the International Academy of Arts.

Professor Marcela Viola

Professor Marcela Viola – Viola teaches dance aerobics, salsa and ballet fitness for the International Academy of Arts’ branch in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Marcela became a renown aerobics, Yoga and Pilates teacher. She studies acrobatics and took tissue climbing areal dance classes in Argentina. Eventually she took classes in aerial hoop, trapeze, Chinese pole and aerial straps. She performed aerial dance with harnesses, doing choreography on the floor and wall. Viola was also always very interested in Yoga and Pilates, and studied it intensely. She studied Hatha Yoga Iyengar method at Ananda Yoga Center and took Acroyoga workshops in Buenos Aires. Soon after she became a Yoga Teacher in the International Yoga Federation, in Buenos Aires. The combination of Yoga, Pilates and Acrobatics was a perfect combination for success. Now she teaches ballet courses for the Amsterdam branch of the International Academy of Arts.


Classes Taught: Dance Acrobatics, Salsa, Ballet Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Hatha Yoga Iyengar Method.
